By using the services offered by Pellipallaki and its affiliates/franchises, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Your utilization of any current or future services provided by Pellipallaki, or any associated business, whether or not directly integrated into the Pellipallaki website, binds you to the guidelines and conditions specific to such services or businesses. We urge you to carefully review the range of services offered by Pellipallaki before making any payment for any service.
All users of the Pellipallaki.com website ("Site") are required to agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. To access and utilize the Site, you must register as a member ("Member") and consent to abide by these Terms of Use ("Agreement") as well as the Privacy Policy. If you intend to become a Member, interact with other Members, and utilize the services provided by Pellipallaki ("Service"), please carefully review these Terms of Use and follow the instructions outlined in the Registration process. This Agreement establishes the legally binding terms between you, as a Member, and the site owner, M/s Pellipallaki based in Vijayawada. Pellipallaki reserves the right to modify this Agreement periodically, with any changes becoming effective upon notification to you as a Member.
The services provided herein, along with all associated matters, shall remain in effect for the duration of your continued use of this Website or, in the case of a member, until such time that the member maintains their subscription to Pellipallaki, whichever occurs later.
We highly recommend referring to these terms and conditions regularly. Please ensure to review them promptly as they may undergo revisions, amendments, or modifications. If you disagree with any revisions, amendments, or modifications, you should promptly cease using the Website. Continuing to use the Website after any revisions, amendments, or modifications will be construed as your acceptance of such changes.
Eligibility.
In accordance with the Indian Marriage Act, individuals must be at least 18 years of age if female and 21 years if male. By utilizing this Site, you affirm and guarantee that you possess the right, authority, and capability to enter into this Agreement and to comply with all of its terms and conditions.
Regulations of your “USER” Account.
This Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable under the following conditions:
1. As long as you continue to use the Site and/or maintain your membership with Pellipallaki.
2. If you choose to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by notifying Pellipallaki in writing or by selecting the termination option on the website.
3. If Pellipallaki terminates your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, with such termination becoming effective upon sending notice to the email address provided in your membership application or your updated email address on our website.
4. If Pellipallaki terminates your membership in the Pellipallaki.com Service due to a breach of the Agreement by you.
5. In the event of non-activity on the website by the member for a period exceeding 90 days.
6. Complaint by any member in any form creating nuisance to other members by calling, messaging, email, personally visiting, or harassing by any other means.
In the event of termination of your membership by either you or Pellipallaki, regardless of the reason, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused subscription fees. Furthermore, even after the termination of this Agreement, certain provisions will continue to remain in effect, including all sections encompassed within this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account and password. It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to prevent unauthorized access to your computer systems.
If your profile is created by a family member or friend, you are accountable for the content posted by that individual. Pellipallaki is not obliged to verify the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by you.
You also explicitly agree that the information you provide is accessible to other users of Pellipallaki. Pellipallaki neither possesses control nor bears any responsibility or accountability if your information is misused, exploited, or abused by any third party.
The use of fake photos or images not belonging to the member, as well as any other inaccurate details provided on profiles, is the sole responsibility of the member who created or maintains the profile. Any legal consequences arising from such actions are also the responsibility of the respective member. Pellipallaki disclaims liability for any misuse or misrepresentation of information by its members and encourages honesty and authenticity in profile creation.
You are allowed to have only one user profile. In the event of multiple user profiles belonging to a single member, we reserve the right to block or deactivate any such profile or all profiles.
This site is intended neither to encourage nor promote illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs. If Pellipallaki discovers or becomes aware that any member is using this site to promote, engage in, or indulge in illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs, their membership will be terminated immediately without any refund and without any liability to Pellipallaki. Pellipallaki discretion to terminate shall be final and binding. You are prohibited from sending any messages to other Members that are obscene, lewd, licentious, and defamatory, promote hatred, or are racial or abusive in any manner. Transmission of any such messages shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
The limitations of use/service for Free and Paid members are outlined in the subscription section of the website. Pellipallaki reserves the sole discretion to add or modify the limitations of services for different types of members. For further details, please refer to the Subscription section.
Non-Commercial Use by Members.
The Pellipallaki website and its services are intended solely for the personal use of individual members and may not be utilized for any commercial purposes. Commercial organizations, companies, business establishments, and social groups are not eligible to become members of this site.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership from the Website if we have reason to believe that you are ineligible to use the Website or if you are using the Website for unauthorized purposes. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, will be addressed in accordance with the law.
You are prohibited from transmitting any chain letters or junk email to other Pellipallaki Members. Additionally, using any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent, is a violation of these rules.
To safeguard Pellipallaki and/or our Member(s) from any abuse or misuse, Pellipallaki reserves the right to have restricted search options, and limit the number of communications, profile contacts, responses, or emails that a Member may send to other Member(s).
You are prohibited from using any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXEs, CGI, or any other programs/scripts, to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with Pellipallaki and/or its members.
Pellipallaki contains various elements such as logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, software, scripts, blogs, videos, copyrighted materials, trademarks, intellectual property rights, and other proprietary information. Except for information in the public domain or for which you have obtained permission, you are not permitted to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Content Posted on the Site.
Your profile details, photos, Horoscope, videos, communications and messages collectively hereinafter called as “Content”.
You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display ("post") on Pellipallaki, or transmit to other Pellipallaki Members. Pellipallaki reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Pellipallaki may request you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. Failure to produce such evidence may result in Pellipallaki, at its sole discretion, terminating your Membership without a refund.
The decision to publish, modify, or delete any part or all of the content is at the sole discretion of Pellipallaki. This includes content that may be deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of the rights, safety, irrelevant, or well-being of other Pellipallaki Members.
By posting Content on Pellipallaki, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Pellipallaki and other Pellipallaki Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content. Additionally, you grant permission to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
Every profile created by the user will be carefully scrutinized by our team to ensure the accuracy of the contents. Minor corrections, such as fixing spelling mistakes, grammatical corrections, and removing unnecessary characters, as well as minor editing of photos, such as cropping, resizing, and adjusting brightness and contrast, will be undertaken by the team in the interest of our members as well as the sanctity of our website and app. All details including passwords are visible to the administration staff and accessible for corrections and deletion for them.
Our team will also strive to correct or complete the profile by contacting the person listed on the provided mobile number. We advise members to verify the contents of their profiles immediately after any changes are made. If any further changes are required, members can log in to the website using their username and password to make corrections, or they can inform us via email or phone, and we will make the necessary adjustments accordingly.
The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Pellipallaki will investigate and may take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates this provision. This may include, without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
1. Content that is seriously offensive to the online community, such as promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual;
2. Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
3. Involvement in the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
4. Promotion of information that you know is false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities, or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous;
5. Promotion of an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing links to pirated files;
6. Inclusion of restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
7. Display of pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
8. Provision of material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
9. Provision of instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
10. Solicitation of passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
11. Engagement in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, multi-level marketing, affiliate marketing, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
12. Providing information other than the specified details in particular fields, including contact details, social media details, family details, or any other unnecessary details.
You are required to use the Pellipallaki Service in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
In your member profile, visible to other members, you are prohibited from including telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, social media addresses, links or handles, and email addresses.
Membership Policy.
Pellipallaki reserves the right to approve, disapprove, activate, deactivate, or discontinue the user as a Free or Paid member on its website at any time. Below is a partial list of user/member policies that every member must agree to and follow:
1. Every member must register on the site, providing individual details as per the fields provided on the website. Initially, everyone will be registered as a free user. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment for paid membership, free members will be upgraded/transferred to Paid Member status.
2. Pellipallaki does not guarantee or authenticate the genuineness of the contents provided by the member. Every member submitting their matrimonial profile is required to provide all essential facts for establishing a marital relation. Concealing relevant facts could result in loss or damage to any individual, for which Pellipallaki cannot be held responsible or liable in any way. This includes damages caused due to incorrectness of information provided by members regarding religion, caste, creed, or any other personal information. If a member’s profile is deemed unfit, Pellipallaki reserves the right to delete, alter, or refuse the profile at any time without notice.
3. As an exclusive platform dedicated to all communities, Pellipallaki reserves the right to approve or disapprove profiles
4. Pellipallaki does not facilitate or hold responsibility for connections with other members. You are solely liable for your connections with other members.
5. Contact information of member profiles will only be displayed to paid members. Free membership is provided for a limited time. Pellipallaki reserves the right to discontinue free membership at any time.
6. Members will not have any claim against Pellipallaki for any delay in posting their information onto the Pellipallaki website due to any technical reasons.
7. Pellipallaki will not mediate or arbitrate, nor hold any moral or legal responsibility for any disputes between its members.
8. Pellipallaki does not guarantee that members will receive responses and therefore cannot be held responsible for no replies. In such cases, we cannot provide refunds or credits.
9. By becoming a Member of Pellipallaki, you agree to receive certain specific telephone/mobile calls, emails, and SMS from Pellipallaki on the telephone/mobile number and email ID provided by you on your profile. These communications are intended to explain, explicate, and clarify the various services and to assist you in availing the said services of Pellipallaki.
10. By submitting your mobile number, you represent that you or the mobile number provided by you is not registered with the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR), or if it is, you have already changed your registration suitably. Additionally, you hereby unconditionally agree and undertake that this invitation and solicitation shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the DND Register/NCPR. Without prejudice to the above, by expressly inviting and soliciting the services from Pellipallaki, you also unconditionally agree that your rights under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 or any subsequent amendments thereto or under NCPR are kept in abeyance or remain extinguished until you expressly communicate for discontinuation of relationship.
11. You are obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you observe any abuse or misuse of the Site or anything that violates this Agreement, you must promptly report such violations to Pellipallaki by contacting Customer Care. Upon receiving such complaints, Pellipallaki may investigate the matter, and if necessary, may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for the violation, abuse, or misuse without any refund of subscription fees. Any false complaint made by a member may result in the termination of their membership without any refund of the subscription fee.
12. Upon the expiration of your membership with us, you will no longer have access to your personalized messages and mobile numbers viewed by you. We advise you to save all your contacts that you have already contacted. Additionally, we recommend upgrading your membership with us to continue enjoying access to these features.
13. There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day during the period of membership. For further details, please refer to the Membership Page of the website.
14. Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be solely for the purpose of finding a marriage alliance legally. Misusing the services of Pellipallaki for purposes such as "Dating," "Flirting," or "Friendship" is strictly prohibited.
15. Upon termination, cancellation, or change in the type of membership by you or Pellipallaki, the contents of your profile will remain in our database, and such details may not be available to the public in any form.
Copyright Policy.
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Pellipallaki service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Site.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owners behalf.

Member Disputes.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Pellipallaki Members. Pellipallaki reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
Disclaimers.
Pellipallaki is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with the Pellipallaki service, whether caused by Users, Members, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Additionally, Pellipallaki is not responsible for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Pellipallaki service, whether online or offline. Pellipallaki assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications.
Pellipallaki is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or combination thereof. This includes injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Pellipallaki Site and/or in connection with the Pellipallaki service.
Under no circumstances will Pellipallaki be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyones use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Pellipallaki Site or transmitted to Pellipallaki Members. The exchange of matrimonial profiles through or by Pellipallaki should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Pellipallaki.
Pellipallaki shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of Pellipallaki. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS," and Pellipallaki expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Pellipallaki cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use of the Site and/or the Pellipallaki Service.
Limitation on Liability.
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Pellipallaki be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Pellipallaki Service, even if Pellipallaki has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Pellipallaki liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Pellipallaki for the Service during the term of membership.
Disputes.
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA.
Privacy.
Use of the Pellipallaki Site and/or the Pellipallaki Service is governed by the Pellipallaki Privacy Policy.
Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pellipallaki, its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisee, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
Other.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of Pellipallaki, contains the entire agreement between you and Pellipallaki regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
By joining Pellipallaki, you confirm that you have read the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
